What is the cost of upper lip peircing. my mum said its ok for me to hav it done but i need to pay for it.. at the mo i dont have much.. whts the cheapest price??

Caty, please do not do it yourself. Wait until you're old enough to get one. You don't want to put your health at risk. Besides, if your parents don't want you to get pierced, how do you think they'll respond to you piercing yourself? My guess is, not well. Even if you plan to hide it, they will eventually see it... you don't want to live with that type of secret! Good luck! And don't worry, time passes quickly... you'll be old enough in no time at all.
