Hey, I have a little blue heart, with black outlining on the side of my neck right below my ear, and I want to get it covered over. And I wanted something unique to cover it up with. It's only like less than an inch, by little less than an inch. But when I cover it up, i want it to go down my neck a little bit. Do you have any ideas??
