"...ed myself" I meant to say....oopps!

I'm a new tattoo artist (about 4 months). At this point I've tattooed about 80 clients, and I just "...ed myself" by accident while tattooing a client. It's practically a microscopic "surface scratch". I did this while wipping off my tube from excess ink on a papertowel and accidently pressed on the foot switch pedal. It did not bleed any or made a direct vertical punchure. Should I be concern?
