Jason, check with local state law to answer your question. I would imagine it is leagal only if done on yorself or someone without charging them for your service. For saefty's sake, it would be best to visit a licensed tattoo parlor.

what would i have do to in order to get my license in the state of kentucky? I have been tattooing and would be in a shop right now if the didn't only want to hire me for sex... not about it... but I would love to start a shop in my own home how do i do it????

i'm 15 i have a tattoo i think the law can kiss my ass b/c like louis said they can't stop tattooing not even in jial nd idk bout you but i would rather have mine done by a pro nd not some dude you are in the same room with for killing some one

I was wanting to know about tattooing in Oklahoma, like how do I go about getting a license? How much on average does it cost to get it? What all do I have to do to actually be legal? Is a license enough?

It doesnt matter, Tattoos can not be stopped. The law cant even stop them in Jail. hahaha

In Dubuque, IA there is a city ordienance that state that a tattoo can only be done by a MD or OD or by someone directly under their supervision.

In Colorado, minors are allowed to get tattoos with parental consent. Your parents will have to sign papers giving this permission.
