I am a manager at Jack in the Box and they have no problem with my tattoos. But they do object to body piercings, but they also do not allow even conservative jewelry to be worn during your shift.

I haved worked at my resturant for 3years now. I told them i drew the tree of life and thats what my first tattoo was going to be. And 9mons latter i got done on my for arm. They loved it and at that time I had no problem. But then we got bought out by another restuant. Not alone our resturant is going down hill now, do too loseing empoyles, do too me putting my slives down. Becouse for some reason a tree is inapporetat.

I play the game, but I get costomers asking me why cover something that is so beautful.

I think its about the person how is carring the tattoo to make it persntable to the eye as well the recontion. If i got a tattoo that was more life my style wich is punk and rock. I would think I would have gotten more trouble. I THINK... its more about the ink and the personailty basied on that person. When I where short slived shirts, I get more people like, profeachonals, Young, too old looking at my arm and asking me on who drew it, too what dose it mean?. Its about how to persent yourself and your tattoos. To be exsepted in the world of art. look at this way, if you got a tattoo that was basied on sayed," I don't give a flying ...". Thats where you get look at diffrant and people don't see that is art, But you do. Thats where Art becomes a problem in the tattoo world.
