-- Contributed by: brandonI've gotten tattoos in several different places on my body such as my ankle, lower back, and shoulder blades. The wrist was the most painful one in terms of intensity, but it was bearable because of the small size a wrist tattoo generally is. Not a good place for a virgin, but, good for small tattoo lovers.
-- Contributed by: Tarawrist tattoos are so hot.
-- Contributed by: AshleyLindsay, the process can be painful. Most people feel it only to be slightly unbearable. Stay focused on something else and think of the finished product! Sorry for your loss. May your tat bring you comfort.

-- Contributed by: VegasIm looking for a picture of a wrist tattoo, common amoung convicts. That of two hands inside of handcuffs, with the chain split by a single lightening bolt. Black ink. Often times, FREEDOM or LIBERTAD is written across the top in small enough letters to just banner over the tat. If you have a pic, or a drawing of this, please email it to me. It would be highly appreciated. Trying to get it done, in memory of a loved one, but can't get these "artists" to get it right.
-- Contributed by: bareknuckle buckDid you get your name tattooed on your wrist so you wouldn't forget it?
-- Contributed by: nillyi recently got a my name tattooed on my inner wrist Is it normal to have your name facing away from you or not? xx
-- Contributed by: amyI just got one last night. On a scale of 1 to 10 it was probably about a 3, if that. It was not bad at all.
-- Contributed by: AdrienneNice!
-- Contributed by: DevI have an OM on my wrist and it hurt the closer the needle got to my hand. It wasn't HORRID and didn't last that long -- the entire experience from paying to getting the tat was about 15 minutes.
Kaz is right, the pain is over before you know it.
-- Contributed by: MajaI have a tattoo on my foot, lower back and wrist. And I have to say that my wrist one was the most painful!
-- Contributed by: ZoeI have a wrist tattoo and it hardly hurt @ all. It healed within one week so im not sure who is writing the stuff ( and im very skinny) most ppl were telling me its going to be the worst pain of my entire life and it hardly hurt at all. It was just like irritating not excruciating pain, I havent had it for a long time so im not sure if it will look nice but if it needs a touch up here a touch up there i dont think that'll be the apocalypse.
-- Contributed by: ChampI've had tattoo's on my stomach, lower back and bum and recently wrist. I have to say the leas t painful was my wrist...the worst my lower back. If your having a small simple design, it's over before you know it.
-- Contributed by: Kazhow painful are inner wrist tattoos? From 1 being the least painful and 10 the most???
-- Contributed by: DaniI am considering a jesus fish on my inner wrist... I'm nervous though
-- Contributed by: mandyMy comments to 3 women/girls asking about what/if/how to put tats on themselves. Not trying to knock the fact that you are seeking in-put, but not knowing, is not a good sign that you should get one. I doubt these girls are going to check back for the answers, but I got top of wrist tats many years ago, professional. And on finger, they stay pretty well, but they also have a good chance of looking like crap in 15 years too. And don't think you will ever be able to laser this area effectively or cheaply. I tried that too, the pain was un-bearable due to the lack of fat, and the results were bad, and nerve damage occured as top of wrist is on a main nerve that runs up the arm. Getting them was not so bad, but you better really like what you get. As far as the epilepsy question, I suppose you could write the word itself in nice swirly handwriting, but make sure its really FINE, because the finer the lines and the less shading, the less fading and blotchiness 15 years from now, so you can still read it. Thats my advise, None or wait until you are sure.
-- Contributed by: ShellyI recently got a tat on my wrist - a crown. it's really small. i want one on my other wrist but i'm worried to get too many visible tats.

-- Contributed by: Kirstyi am currently trying to figure out how to configure a wristband tat that has to do with my epilepsy. any ideas
-- Contributed by: amyI was looking into something musical for the inner wrist. Maybe a clef, or musical note, or small set of piano keys. Or a small cross. Something relatively small.
-- Contributed by: BethI want to get a pair of aviator wings with stars going through it. The meaning is for a best friend who I lost.
-- Contributed by: Moniquei have a tatoo of terel on top of my wrist were a watch would go any ideas what would cover?
-- Contributed by: SonyaLisa, that is a great idea... maybe just a simple design with the dice and a heart? I definitely wouldn't get a large design on the wrist, though. You want to be able to hide it when necessary.
-- Contributed by: Mistyi love this tattoo its soo cute

-- Contributed by: sssDon't do it girl. A want for a tat is the need to feel complete, but later you will regret it. I have 13, in all areas, I know. Main reason, they fade and the lines and colors fatten and fade. You will regret it later.Mark my words. Plus if you don't have your own idea yet, you may not be meant to scar yourself yet. But if you ABSOLUTELY are possessed to. I would do a finest line in black with no shading. Smallish, and on the thigh, or upper arm. It doesnt fade quite as fast there, and hurts a tinly bit less to laser off due to having fatty tissue there. Get his initials ONLY, and wait a few months. Curly cues on the name might just be enough "symbol". I would recommend nothing more. If you ever ever need to fix it, this should be good enough to remember him by if you know what I mean. Even smarties like Angelina Jolie did the mistake and had to correct it later, don't think she didn't feel eXAcTly as you do when she did that.
-- Contributed by: Shellyhey there i was wondering about a tattoo that would include my husbands name..he is attending the national guards and will be leaving for awhile.. i would like to get a tattoo with his name in it....and a symbol of some sort that would look alright on a girl and be cute...i really would like an update here soon....
